A place where the staff is more than execptional is very rare! Beautiful private pool and rooftop!!

The staff was exceptional and attended to our every needs. when we were sick; they called a doctor, When we wanted to stay in; they made us amazing meals for lunch. When we wanted to see placed; they took care of it all for us and reserved it all... horseback riding on the beach, exclusive rooftop restaurants and places to go! Island hopping tours and more.... Honestly, if we could have taken the staff home with us; we would have!!

the only thing that was a disappointment was the description of the Booking.com site. Not showing all the room and the size of the beds. Make certain you reserve the right rooms as the smaller beds and rooms are a little cramped... but the staff fixed it by getting us queens beds setups.

Breakfast was great. We had a balcony and it was lovely to be able to sit outside. The pool was perfect and very clean. I loved this hotel. Very traditional and the bathroom window was amazing

Excellent helpful staff, perfect location, beautiful comfortable design

Very beautifully designed and comfortable bedrooms. The pool was refreshing and the breakfasts a generous treat each morning. But overall the staff were the selling point, helping us out on multiple occasions. Thank you so much to the team for supporting phone calls, tea making and package collections, especially will <3 we will recommend the hotel to friends

We had a vert large spacious room. Getsemani is very noisy and lively but our room was very peaceful and cool. Great shower and bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and we were able to leave our luggage after check out until we left for the airport.

Amazing spot in Getsemaní

Nice hotel on a very good location, nice breakfast at the rooftop terrace. The staff is very friendly and tries to help you with anything. We didn’t use the pool but it looks welcoming.

Would be good if the hotel would offer water re-filling. Small effort but huge impact.

lovely place in vibrant getsemani

location is great! right in Getsemani but still quiet. I had a problem on the first night with my door as the key wouldn’t come out but they send a locksmith to fix it sttaight away. don’t think its worth what you pay (for Colombian standards) but compared to European prices it is. the roof top is nice to sunbathe, the pool is nice to cool off but it is small so don’t expect laps of swimming. the staff are friendly and helpful

i ordered eggs without ham, and after telling them 3 times (in spanish) that I wanted it without meat, the eggs came w ham.. I had to catch my bus so didnt have time for breakfast anymore. overall this is a problem in Colombia: they don’t understand if you are vegetarian and just put meat in everything anyway

Beautiful building, lovely pool for cooling off but also great suntrap on the roof. Lovely staff and super clean facilities. Amazing location on a quiet street in the heart of getsemani.

The breakfast was beautiful and the setting on the terrace was. spectacular. We loved the swimming pool. We loved our balcony overlooking the pool and it’s rocking chairs . The staff were courteous and polite

Stunning and comfortable, lovely staff

We stayed at Casa Pizzaro for 5 nights and wished we could have stayed for longer. It was a stunning oasis in the midst of the busy and hot streets of Getsemani. The pool was out of this world, not huge for swimming but a proper jungle oasis surrounded by greenery and plants, an ideal place to relax and cool off after sunbathing on the rooftop. The rooftop was a wonderful place to relax, read, catch the sun and eat a lovely breakfast. The staff were so warm and friendly, it felt like a family vibe with many members of staff taking turns in different roles. The cleaning lady was always around keeping the place spotless, providing towels at the pool, and generally being a warm smiling face. The hotel arranged a trip to an island for us, and offered to help us with arrangements to another beach we wanted to visit, which we decided not to in the end and instead spent another day relaxing in the hotel. The Getsemani neighbourhood was wonderful, SO many restaurants and bars nearby, made it so easy to grab a bite anytime. The old town was only a 10min walk away so we were basically near to everything. The place felt very secure too as there was always someone to lock and unlock the front door, day or night. They also arranged a transfer to the airport for us.

We had the big room, and on Saturday night it was noisy, but it stopped around 2am, and during the week it wasn't a problem. Generally it felt very quiet. It's quite pricey for Colombia, but Cartagena is much more touristic, and after staying here I'd definitely come back as it was worth it.

Excellent Stay

Originally booked the larger room with balcony without knowing it faced the streets and people drink and play music until 6.30am. After an awful night we asked to move rooms and not only did the hotel accommodate us but they refunded the difference in price. After we moved to a quieter room there were no more issues and we hugely enjoyed the rest of our stay here. Try the hotel lunch, its great. 10/10 (but don't book the larger room)
